Shipping Information:

Orders that are not downloadable will be shipped with in 24-48 hours depending on availability. All orders will be filled unless the item is not in stock, or no longer available.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All orders are final, unless cancelled in 24 hour of submission, all orders are subject to manufacturers return policies and or warranty policies. Any order that is damaged in shipping will be replaced with item replacement and Smart Systems Marketing Group must be contacted in order to get an RMA number and shipping label. Reimbursements will be determined by SSMG and must be approved. If item is incorrect, SSMG must be contacted to provide return information RMA number opened on item.

Purchase price will be submitted within 48-72 hours of approval.
